Verifying did nothing, it just made steam install dx again (lol). I've already found out that typing -autoconfig in launch options and leaving it here fixes this regardless of what other launch options i use and basically whatever i do. That will take quite a bit of time to run, but it should fix any issues you may be having. The config part should have no adverse affects on the game running, if your game is continuing to crash try verifying the games cache (right click the game in Steam-> click properties -> Local Files on the top -> Verify Integrity of Game Cache The only part of this that could possibly cause a crash is the video.txt section, if you're using it. ONLY USE IT IF YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO** If you copy and paste them any missing commands will automatically be added by the game (For example, I do not include the commands for the screen resolution since not all people have the same screen proportions or they may want to use a higher or lower resolution.(Generally, the lower the #, the lower the quality settings. Update 4: Added a few new settings to the config, Nothing really too major as far as gaining FPS goes, however you should have a slightly better CS:GO experience.
