There is an answer to your over levelled problem - start another character.Īs far as Borderlands 1 goes, the General Knoxx one is really a continuation of the main story. If you then decide to do TVHM at level 40-something you will be at a bit of a disadvantage. The longer you stay in Normal mode, the lower and lower the xp will get, your weapons will all be capped at 30. It really isn't too much more difficult than Normal. Not sure why you don't want to play in TVHM. As you have played B1, you will know all about drifters :) Very large, mostly empty spaces, but some seriously annoying enemies. Torgue's Badass Crater of Badassitude, great loot from Torgue vending machines!Ĭaptain Scarlett's is great fun to play, and lets you get hold of fun things like the Pimpernel sniper rifle and Sandhawk smg.Ĭaptain Hammerlock's has a different feel to it.

Just a very nice place to wander around in.

This is also one of the nicest looking of the DLC's. Tiny Tina's gives you a chance at some neat gear - Magic Missile grenades for one. You can start all of them at the same time, and progress through each story as you want.

Doing all the DLC's in normal mode will not make this any better.Īs to the order of the DLC's. If you are already level 39 in Normal mode you are already over levelled. Their storyline assumes that you have completed the first playthrough. The DLC's are meant to be played in TVHM.
